This year I have decided to explore the idea of minimalism. I am using this as a springboard for my pursuits in health and wellness.  Recently I watched a documentary on Netflicks called “Minimalism. A documentary about the important things.”  If you think about it, many areas of life can benefit from what minimalism can offer. Less spending means less bills. Less bills can result in less stress. Less TV means more time with family or whatever else is important to you. All this adds up to more meaning in life. If this resonates with you then I encourage you to watch this movie.
